11/11に台北（リージェントホテル台北）で開催された台湾のFoundation for Women’s Rights Promotion and Development(FWRPD) が主催の East Asia Gender Equality ForumにJNWESの山口理恵さんが参加されました。

イベントは3つのパネルから構成されており、2番目の Advantages in the Digital Age: Work-Life Integration TrendのPanel2で山口さんが登壇されました。

ディスカションのトピック：
1. In the digital age, “Work-Life Integration” is becoming a trend. This could promote women’s empowerment and make gender equality a reality.
2. Implementation of “Work-Life Integration.” Incorporation and change in society and companies.

会場には40人ほどの出席者がおり、ハイブリッドでオンライン参加者もいたようでした。発表は１人15分、その後質疑応答がありました。
山口さんは”Work-Life Integration Trend  in Japan”というタイトルで、コロナ禍によるリモートワークの増加と、改正育児介護休業法の話をしました。
